About F3 cleaner: Fernox Cleaner F3 265ml is a universal, fast acting and effective pH neutral cleaner for central heating systems. It is designed to remove debris, sludge and scale from existing systems. It restores heating efficiency and eliminates boiler noise.
Designed for pre-commission cleaning of new installations in accordance with BS 7593:2019, by removing flux residues and other debris to help extend the life of a system. Part of the tried and tested Fernox Cleaner range, this 265ml product offers reduced packaging and waste without compromising on high performance, quality and ease of use.
This conveniently size bottle can treat an average 100 litre system or 12 radiators and maybe dosed via a TF1 Filter. Cleaner F3 can be used for all types of cleaning methods; manual or magnetic flushes and for heavily sludged systems, Cleaner F3 can be used in conjunction with a powerflushing unit. Cleaning a central heating system using Fernox Cleaner F3 and protect with Fernox Protector F1 can restore and maintain system efficiency resulting in a gas saving of up to 15% every time you heat your room.
Application, Fitting & Dosing A single dose of Fernox Cleaner F3 265ml is sufficient to clean an average domestic heating system of 100 litres, up to 12 radiators, or 190 sqm of underfloor heating. Additional / repeat applications of Cleaner F3 may be necessary for larger systems, or if systems are heavily sludged. Alternatively, Power Cleaner F8 may be used for heavily sludged systems.
About Fi inhibitor protector: Fernox Protector F1 265ml gives long-term protection against internal corrosion and limescale formation in central heating systems. Suitable for all types of boilers, radiators and pipework systems, this product is compatible with all metals and materials commonly used in central heating systems, including aluminium.

Delivery Charge
- Standard orders over £50 * : FREE DELIVERY most of the UK Mainland postcodes, if there is any charge due to your delivery location the applicable charge will appear in your checkout. The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions. Please note some products are excluded from the free delivery and the delivery charge will vary according to the total weight of the order. One of this products is the 25kg and 10kg Monarch Salt.
- Standard orders under £50 *: For orders under £50 the shipping charge is £4. The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions. Please note if the order contains any salt products, the charge that will apply is the "Monarch delivery salt" and you can see the details below.
- Monarch Salt delivery: The delivery charge for salt is excluded from the standard shipping options. The delivery charge will vary depending on the quantity of bags added at checkout and the minimun charge is £5.
- Espress delivery is available at the checkout: £6 (Next business day for orders before 12:00.
- Standard up 4lb: £4. The expected delivery time is 3-5 days depends of the delivery postcode, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard 4lb to 30lb: £8. The expected delivery time is 3-5 days depends of the delivery postcode, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard 30.01lb to 65lb: £15. The expected delivery time is 3-5 days depends of the delivery postcode, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard +65lb: £80 The expected delivery time is 3-5 days depends of the delivery postcode, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Express delivery is available at the checkout: £15 (Next business day for orders before 12:00m).
- Standar up 65lb: The shipping charge is £15. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard +65lb: The shipping charge is £150 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard orders up 2 Kg: The shipping charge is £15. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard orders 2 - 5 Kg: The shipping charge is £18 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard orders 5 - 25 Kg: The shipping charge is £25 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Standard orders over 25 Kg: The shipping charge is £120 The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days depends of the delivery location, parcel weight and dimensions.
Couriers
We post our parcel through Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Inpost, UPS, DHL and Hermes depends on the weight and dimensions.
Lost Parcel
If your order qualified for free delivery (we use untracked services), in case of the courier, lost or messed your parcel we will not able to re-sent your goods until getting the compensation from them. However we are not responsible for any delay, in this case, we will contact the courier and answer your request in the next 96 hours.
Our estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days for standard orders, however, it can be longer in peak times (Christmas, Bank holidays), unfortunately, we can not guarantee all parcel will be delivered on time it depends on the couriers.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed, in the case, it doesn't arrive as is planned and the delay is due to the courier we can not reimburse any delivery charge, you can contact the courier and make the claim.
Undelivery Address
If the parcel is returned to us by the courier as an undelivered shipping address or missing address we will unable to post your parcel again, in this case, we retain the right to charge the packing posting services of £10 per order.
Please notice if your delivery address is not in UK Mainland and you chose the wrong delivery service at the checkout we will not dispatch your purchase until the full delivery charge is paid if you refuse to pay the outstanding delivery charge we can apply a non-refundable service fee of 5% of the total order amount and your order will cancel.
Proof of Delivery
Most of the parcel is posted by Tracked services, if the parcel is tracked as delivered we are not liable for any claim related to missing or lost parcels, the customer must contact the courier and submit the claim. Courier website tracking results is a valid proof of delivery, unfortunately due the COVID-19 most courier are not tacking signature at the delivery.
We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period (standard or Next day) or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 15 working days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
In any case, if the customer did not receive the good in 7 working days after the total payment of the good, the customer must contact the us, after that period we are no liable for lost goods. Please understand most courier have a 10 working days claim window out of that period we can not make any claim.
If the parcel appear as "delivered" in the courier website and you haven't received your parcel you must to contact us within 7 working days if not we are not liable for any non delivery parcel.
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product has not been installed, if you the product has been used / installed the return period is 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note once the item is being installed, we won't be able to accept it for a refund. Some manufacturer's won't take installed units back and they'll alternatively send an engineer out to get the unit fixed or replaced.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@plumbflex.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only in the case that the product is faulty, in all other cases the customer must to return the product to the address bellow. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please notice we can not accept the return for products that you already used or installed, in this case, if the product become faulty you can contact us for a warranty repair or replacement, if apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage item must be reported in 24 hours if you do not report the damaged item we reserve the right to refuse your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (consumables), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We reserve teh rights to refuse items that has been installed or used, customer can request the repair or replacement if apply. Warranty and repairs are suject to the manufactuer warranty policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. f the product is returned used, damaged or not in the original package we will discount up 30% of the original price, Plumbflex reserve the rights to don't refund damaged and used products and charge to the customer the shipping and inspection cost in case of false claims. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
Each product / brand have a different warranty terms, for warranty claims please email us at Sales@plumbflex.co.uk and provide the order number, the product name, the fault and you contact details we are happy to assist you. Please remember that some brands request from the customer to register the product in they website and in some cases you can be refer to the manufacturer website for a warranty claims.
FALSE WARRANTY CLAIM: If a customer open guarantee or return request claiming a manufacturer defect, repair, refund or replacement but the engineer report find the item in good working order or if the fault or defect was caused by the customer, the customer agreed to apply the following rules: The customer must to pay the engineer inspection work* plus the collection and shipping costs* and the item will not send back to the customer until those payments are paid, in all cases customer must to pay an admin charge of 10% of the total item price.
*The engineer inspection cost will depend of the item model and brand.
**The collection and shipping cost will be calculated depending of the Customer address, item weight and measures.
Change of mind:
If the customer change mind and the item has been picked, packet or posted Plumbflex reserve the right to retain up 10% of the transaction amount to cover the cost of the order processing and other related charges such as picking materials.
