We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product has not been installed, if you the product has been used/installed the return period is 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@plumbflex.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only in the case that the product is faulty, in all other cases the customer must return the product to the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please notice we can not accept the return for products that you already used or installed, in this case, if the product becomes faulty you can contact us for a warranty repair or replacement if apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage items must be reported within 24 hours if you do not report the damaged item we reserve the right to refuse your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (consumables), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We reserve the right to refuse items that have been installed or used, customer can request the repair or replacement if apply. Warranty and repairs are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. f the product is returned used, damaged or not in the original package we will discount up 30% of the original price, Plumbflex reserves the right to don't refund damaged and used products and charge the customer the shipping and inspection cost in case of false claims. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
Each product/brand has different warranty terms, for warranty claims please email us at Sales@plumbflex.co.uk and provide the order number, the product name, the fault and your contact details we are happy to assist you. Please remember that some brands request the customer to register the product on the website and in some cases you can refer to the manufacturer's website for warranty claims.
FALSE WARRANTY CLAIM: If a customer opens a guarantee or return request claiming a manufacturer defect, repair, refund or replacement but the engineer report finding the item in good working order or if the fault or defect was caused by the customer, the customer agreed to apply the following rules: The customer must pay the engineer inspection work* plus the collection and shipping costs* and the item will not send back to the customer until those payments are paid, in all cases customer must to pay an admin charge of 10% of the total item price.
*The engineer inspection cost will depend on the item model and brand.
**The collection and shipping cost will be calculated depending on the Customer's address, item weight and measures.
Change of mind:
If the customer change their mind and the item has been picked, packet or posted Plumbflex reserve the right to retain up 10% of the transaction amount to cover the cost of the order processing and other related charges such as packing materials.
