Delivery Charge
Couriers
We post our parcel through Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Inpost, UPS, DHL and Hermes depends on the weight and dimensions.
Lost Parcel
If your order qualified for free delivery (we use untracked services), in case of the courier, lost or messed your parcel we will not able to re-sent your goods until getting the compensation from them. However we are not responsible for any delay, in this case, we will contact the courier and answer your request in the next 96 hours.
Our estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days for standard orders, however, it can be longer in peak times (Christmas, Bank holidays), unfortunately, we can not guarantee all parcel will be delivered on time it depends on the couriers.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed, in the case, it doesn't arrive as is planned and the delay is due to the courier we can not reimburse any delivery charge, you can contact the courier and make the claim.
Undelivery Address
If the parcel is returned to us by the courier as an undelivered shipping address or missing address we will unable to post your parcel again, in this case, we retain the right to charge the packing posting services of £10 per order.
Please notice if your delivery address is not in UK Mainland and you chose the wrong delivery service at the checkout we will not dispatch your purchase until the full delivery charge is paid if you refuse to pay the outstanding delivery charge we can apply a non-refundable service fee of 5% of the total order amount and your order will cancel.
Proof of Delivery
Most of the parcel is posted by Tracked services, if the parcel is tracked as delivered we are not liable for any claim related to missing or lost parcels, the customer must contact the courier and submit the claim. Courier website tracking results is a valid proof of delivery, unfortunately due the COVID-19 most courier are not tacking signature at the delivery.
We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period (standard or Next day) or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 15 working days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
In any case, if the customer did not receive the good in 7 working days after the total payment of the good, the customer must contact the us, after that period we are no liable for lost goods. Please understand most courier have a 10 working days claim window out of that period we can not make any claim.
If the parcel appear as "delivered" in the courier website and you haven't received your parcel you must to contact us within 7 working days if not we are not liable for any non delivery parcel.
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product has not been installed, if you the product has been used / installed the return period is 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note once the item is being installed, we won't be able to accept it for a refund. Some manufacturer's won't take installed units back and they'll alternatively send an engineer out to get the unit fixed or replaced.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@plumbflex.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only in the case that the product is faulty, in all other cases the customer must to return the product to the address bellow. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please notice we can not accept the return for products that you already used or installed, in this case, if the product become faulty you can contact us for a warranty repair or replacement, if apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage item must be reported in 24 hours if you do not report the damaged item we reserve the right to refuse your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (consumables), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We reserve teh rights to refuse items that has been installed or used, customer can request the repair or replacement if apply. Warranty and repairs are suject to the manufactuer warranty policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. f the product is returned used, damaged or not in the original package we will discount up 30% of the original price, Plumbflex reserve the rights to don't refund damaged and used products and charge to the customer the shipping and inspection cost in case of false claims. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
Each product / brand have a different warranty terms, for warranty claims please email us at Sales@plumbflex.co.uk and provide the order number, the product name, the fault and you contact details we are happy to assist you. Please remember that some brands request from the customer to register the product in they website and in some cases you can be refer to the manufacturer website for a warranty claims.
FALSE WARRANTY CLAIM: If a customer open guarantee or return request claiming a manufacturer defect, repair, refund or replacement but the engineer report find the item in good working order or if the fault or defect was caused by the customer, the customer agreed to apply the following rules: The customer must to pay the engineer inspection work* plus the collection and shipping costs* and the item will not send back to the customer until those payments are paid, in all cases customer must to pay an admin charge of 10% of the total item price.
*The engineer inspection cost will depend of the item model and brand.
**The collection and shipping cost will be calculated depending of the Customer address, item weight and measures.
Change of mind:
If the customer change mind and the item has been picked, packet or posted Plumbflex reserve the right to retain up 10% of the transaction amount to cover the cost of the order processing and other related charges such as picking materials.
